Pilot blueprint

Supervised assisted commerce for merchants, Bajis, and customers

This first build follows the wireframes as an operating system, not a polished marketplace. Attribution stays supervised, catalogue upload stays manual, and the seller flow stays mobile-first.

How Phase 1 is shaped

Merchant controls catalogue. Bajis share and assist. Customers land on a lightweight web page. Circle retains visible control over attribution and payout discipline.

What is in

  • Browser-based operations only
  • Manual Shopify CSV import
  • Seller share links tied to assigned products

What stays supervised

  • Order-to-seller attribution
  • Commission release
  • Exception handling

Visual direction

The frontend palette is lifted from the document's green and slate tones, then expanded with warm sand and soft mint surfaces so the product feels intentional instead of neutral boilerplate.
